GregsApples.com - How It Works!
My name is Greg Campbell. Thus, GregsApples.com. Any of you who know me understand that I love to do new and crazy things. This project - the aforementioned GregsApples.com might just be one of them. :-)
See, I wrote a book, A Journey Shared, and set up an account to receive referral credit through Amazon when anyone bought a book from Amazon through my website. Quite a nice little deal. Well, one day, I noticed that someone had purposefully or inadvertently clicked through my link and bought something else at Amazon... and I received credit for it! Very cool!
So I began thinking.
For a long time, I have used and loved and extolled the wonders of Apple Computers and all related products (iPod, etc...) So much so that my family, friends and even their friends will often call me with computer related questions, especially Apple questions. I love it so much, I began looking for a way to connect people with the best Apple products for them on a more full-time (for pay!?) basis. Mostly to no avail. But after that inadvertant sale on Amazon, I realized that I could set up a site that collected all of the best Apple stuff available at Amazon and hook more people up with Apple computers and all the while receive a small commission for it!
Seemed like a good deal to me, and thus was born, GregsApples.com. |

Basically, this site is set up to be a portal to finding the best deals on Amazon.com. I will regularly select and update the content on the pages finding the best deals on all things Apple, as well as any rebates or coupons or other discounts available through either Amazon or Apple at any given time.
GregsApples.com will do the searching for you, and even more! You can:
- Get personalized information via our Information Request Form.
- Read product information you won't find elsewhere, and get helpful links to off-site articles and information.
- Get one-on-one Apple information and support.
- Use the search window to search Amazon.com for a product not currently featured on GregsApples.com.
- Extensive Product Reviews will be available in the near future.

Currently, this can be done by (1) clicking the Buy Now from Amazon buttons, which add the prodcut directly to your Amazon cart, or (2) clicking any of the links in the product window which take you to the Amazon page with more information. All shopping cart management is done remotely at Amazon for the time being. This will change in the future and the products will be added to a local shopping cart, while still processed and shipped via Amazon.
Anytime you click through to Amazon, it will open a new browswer window, so you can always go back to the page you were last on at GregsApples.com.

Once you have added all the products you would like to purchase to your cart at Amazon, complete the order process there, using whatever payment method you choose. Amazon will process your payment, and will send receipts and shipping confirmations via e-mail to the address you provide.
